The need for a new model

About 11% of all outsourced software projects completely fail, and as much as 80% of not-failed outsourced tasks experience delays, budget overruns and low-quality services. These are not made up numbers! Unfortunately they might even be conservative.

Communication issues, paired with pricing surprises and difficult to reach developers are always lurking in small or big projects.

Our Process

Replace unreliable freelancers and expensive agencies for one flat monthly fee, with unlimited revisions.

Pause or cancel anytime.

Step 1: Fixed payments for unlimited requests: Start your subscription knowing that you'll get a transparent and FIXED monthly price. Then start immediately making any number of requests or pause your plan to save all remaining days in your current subscription. (See step 4)

Step 2: Manage everything in Trello: Just drop any material needed to start working on a task in your private Trello board. You and your team will be able to monitor, add or update requirements as needed using the board. The developer will always work based on the Trello board so the communication is faster and easier.

Step 3: Constant and transparent communication: Track progress in real time via Trello and a live preview of the final product. Talk directly to the developer, no middleman.

Step 4: Save days by pausing your subscription: If you have days left in your current subscription but no more task to assign, just pause your subscription and come back when you need, without losing even a single day.

FAQs

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time developer?

For starters, the annual cost of a full-time developer is very high, without even accounting for benefits. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your developer when you have work available.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can create?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will I receive my deliverables?

On average, most requests are completed in just a couple of days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

How do you handle larger requests?

Larger requests are broken down on our end, so you don't have to micromanage anything. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of updates every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

What are the exact steps involved in this workflow?

First, if you have any questions, you can book a call or send an email to clear any doubts. After the subscription, you'll get access to a private Trello board where you can start creating the tasks and order them based on your priorities. The developer will start tackling the tasks in order, one at a time. If you need work on a new urgent task, simply put a task on top of the list. If you don't need a task anymore, simply delete a task. After all tasks are done, add other tasks or pause your subscription.

Is the Trello board easy to use?

Yes, the board has also instructions on how to use it. We offers a ton of flexibility in how you request tasks using Trello. Some common ways clients request tasks are sharing resources like Google docs or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out).

How can you keep the cost low and the quality high?

By simply focusing on what matter and having systems. For example we have in place a lot of procedures that save time like managing task with Trello, having a transparent pricing model from the beginning, providing live feedback etc. This is all time that can be invested in doing actual work, and doing it better too!
